PC-702 Thermoplastic Coating

  • Coating thickness of 1 - 5 mils

Flint-Coat Casing Coating

  • External casing and tubing coating
  • Extremely hard and abrasive resistant
  • H2S, CO2 resistant
  • Improves down hole cement jobs

DuPont Teflon Industrial Coating

  • Has good corrosion control
  • Low coefficient of friction - slick release
  • Coating thickness of 1-5 mils
  • Continuous Operating temperature of 350 Degrees F
  • Used on Valves, Impellers, Injection Pipe

SRP-55 Electroless Nickel Plating

  • Electroless Nickel Plating System
  • Prevents corrosion by H2S, CO2, Salt Water
  • Homogeneous and amorphous layer - no rusting
  • 50 000 psi bond - once heat treated
  • High Phosphorous Nickel

Trugard Epoxy Coating

  • Extremely tough Epoxy Coating - Thick mil application
  • Extremely abrasion resistant
  • Impact resistant
  • Continuous operating temp of 250 Degrees F
  • Applied thickness : 12-15mils
